The first line of the letter should have read, “Even low doses of mastic gum — 1 g per day for two weeks,” not “1 mg per day for two weeks,” as printed. Also, the cell count that appears in the third line of the fourth paragraph should have read 107 cells of H. pylori per milliliter,” not “107 cells of H. pylori per milliliter,” as printed.
