This volume was designed to record and illustrate in a single, modest book all information essential for the performance and interpretation of cerebral angiography of the posterior fossa as related to neoplasms. It consists of nine sections. The first half of the book (literally, by pages) describes technics of examination, clinical and pathological aspects of posterior-fossa tumors (in a special section contributed by Dr. Bennett M. Stein) and the normal angiographic anatomy of posterior-fossa arteries and veins. The second half presents detailed findings from roentgenograms in the common tumors of the posterior fossa.
