Petaloid Cataract

A 30-year-old man presented with deteriorating vision in the left eye. Three months earlier, he had sustained a concussion and trauma to the left eye in a collision that occurred while he was riding a bicycle without a helmet. Slit-lamp examination revealed white opacities in the form of decagonal “petals.”
