Congenital Duodenal Obstruction and Double-Bubble Sign

A 1080-g girl was born at a gestational age of 29 weeks because of premature rupture of membranes. Enteral feeding was not tolerated. The infant's condition deteriorated, with nonbilious vomiting and a lack of stools. Abdominal radiography showed the double-bubble sign.
