Case 39-2010 — A 19-Year-Old Woman with Nausea, Jaundice, and Pruritus

A 19-year-old woman was transferred to this hospital because of nausea, jaundice, and pruritus. She was 3 months post partum. Examination revealed no spider angiomas, palmar erythema, telangiectasias, abdominal tenderness, or organomegaly. Bilirubin and aminotransferase levels were elevated.
