We offer several different institutional access options to NEJM.org. All online access options include access to the Institution Administration Center, where administrators can manage their institution's access, obtain COUNTER reports, and add their institution's branding. Site License: Access to content from 1990 to present. No limit on the number of IP's
Print Only Institutional Subscription: Print only subscription delivered to the institution; no access to NEJM.org
Print Plus Five Workstation: Access to content from 1990 to present from 5 specific workstations.

SITE LICENSES
An NEJM.org site license allows institutions to access content on NEJM.org through IP Ranges, Eduserv Athens and/or Shibboleth. There is no limit on the number of IP ranges that an institution can access through.
- The site license product covers content from 1990 to present. Institutions that purchase a site license may also purchase one print subscription at a discount rate.
- Site-license prices are arranged in tiers by institution type.
- The license does not include access to PowerPoint slides, as this is a value-added feature for individual subscribers.

PRINT PLUS FIVE WORKSTATIONS
The Print Plus Five Workstation subscription allows institutions that do not need a full site license to provide access to NEJM.org content through five specific workstations. Institutions that purchase this product are limited to five static IPs. Remote access, including proxy servers, Eduserv Athens, and Shibboleth are not allowed with this subscription option.
The Print Plus Five subscription offers access to content from 1990 – present. The license does not include access to PowerPoint slides, as this is a value-added feature for individual subscribers.

THE NEJM ARCHIVE: 1812 – 1989
Institutions may purchase access to NEJM content back to our initial publication in 1812. Two sections are available for purchase:
The NEJM Archive 1812-1944: Includes all NEJM content from January 1812 through December 1944, scanned at high resolution and presented as searchable PDF's. Included are all articles from NEJM (1928-1944), the Boston Medical and Surgical Journal (1828-1928), and the New England Journal of Medicine, Surgery and the Collateral Branches of Science (1812-1827).
The NEJM Archive 1945 - 1989: Includes all articles from January 1945 through December 1989, presented just like current content. Articles are fully searchable, tabbed for easy access, and available as PDFs or full-text HTML with downloadable graphics.
Purchase one or both Archive sections outright with flexible payment options. An annual maintenance fee also applies. The maintenance fee is waived for current NEJM site licensees. Access to the Archive material resides on the NEJM server.
