The article title should have read, “Case 22-2009: A 59-Year-Old Man with Skin and Pulmonary Lesions after Chemotherapy for Leukemia.” The error appears on the cover of the July 16 issue, on page 287, and in the weekly CME. The article has been corrected at NEJM.org.
