The footnote under the author list (page 1422) should have read “Other members of the Ad Hoc International Lyme Disease Group who were authors are listed in the Appendix.” The beginning of the Appendix (page 1429) should have read “The following members of the Ad Hoc International Lyme Disease Group were also authors.” The text has been corrected on the Journal's Web site at www.nejm.org.
