The last footnote of Table 2 (page 131) should have read “This rate is the sum of the percentages of patients with a complete response, a partial response, and stable disease for at least two cycles” rather than “This rate is the sum of the percentages of patients with a complete response, a partial response, and stable disease.” The table has been corrected on the Journal's Web site at www.nejm.org.
