On page 1249, the sentence beginning on the 13th line of the first paragraph should have read, “A randomized, controlled trial of women with recurrent candidal vulvovaginitis demonstrated that, after a course of oral fluconazole (150-mg dose orally every 3 days for three doses),” rather than “after a 10-day course of oral fluconazole (150 mg) daily,” as printed.
