On page 1672, the ninth line of the Results section of the Abstract should have read “3, 6, and 10 μg of AMG 531 per kilogram,” rather than “3, 6, and 10 μg of AMG 531 per cubic millimeter,” as printed. The text has been corrected on the Journal's Web site at www.nejm.org. We regret the error.
