On page 1029, in Figure 1, the arrow pointing from activated protein C and protein S to factors IXa and VIIIa should have been dashed (indicating an inhibitory pathway), rather than solid (indicating an activation pathway). Also, a dashed-line arrow should have been pointing from activated protein C and protein S to factors Xa and Va, rather than the reverse, as printed.
