On page 1309, in the second line of the Methods section of the Abstract, the number of patients assigned to eplerenone should have been 3319 and the number assigned to placebo 3313, rather than the reverse, as printed. On page 1320, J. Thierer should have been included among the investigators in Latin America listed in the Appendix.
