On page 2071, in the left-hand column, lines 16 through 19 should have read, “. . . sudden death, death from heart failure, and cardiac transplantation occurred in 19 control patients (15 percent) and in 24 patients treated with CPAP (19 percent),” rather than “. . . 58 control patients (45 percent) and 75 patients treated with CPAP (59 percent),” as printed.
