On line 2 of the Methods section of the Abstract, the dose of glucose should have been “1.75 g of glucose per kilogram of body weight,” rather than “1.75 mg.” In the first line of the legend to Figure 1, the dose of glucose should also have been “1.75 g per kilogram,” rather than “1.75 mg.”
