In the first full paragraph of the right-hand column on page 456, the equation should have read, “mean arterial pressure, calculated as [systolic pressure + (2 × diastolic pressure)] ÷ 3,” not “mean blood pressure (calculated as systolic pressure + [0.67 × diastolic pressure]),” as printed.
