On page 896, the dose in the fifth line of the Methods section of the Abstract should have read, “62.5 mg of bosentan twice daily for 4 weeks,” not “6.25 mg of bosentan twice daily for 4 weeks,” as printed. In the original Web publication of this article, the dose was correct.
