Article

Figure 1 A 27-year-old nulligravid woman presented with pelvic pain. Pelvic examination showed bilateral cystic, mobile, adnexal masses measuring 8 by 8 cm. A computed tomographic scan of the pelvis revealed bilateral adnexal masses with discrete, dense calcifications suggestive of teeth (arrows). Bilateral ovarian cystectomy was performed, and histopathological analysis demonstrated mature cystic teratomas with teeth. Thereafter, the patient has remained asymptomatic and pelvic examinations have been normal.
