On page 1861, in Table 3, the first item in the title and under the heading “Risk Factor” should have been “hospital discharge,” not “prolonged hospitalization,” as printed. Also, on page 1860, in line 29 of the left-hand column, and on page 1863, in line 14 of the left-hand column, the phrase “prolonged hospitalization” should have read, “prolonged hospitalization (i.e., delayed hospital discharge).”
