On page 719, the second sentence under the heading “Measurement of Serum Iron, Transferrin, and Ferritin” should have read, “Serum transferrin-saturation values were calculated as follows: (serum iron/[transferrin × 2]) × 100,” not “([serum iron ÷ 2] × serum transferrin) × 100,” as printed.
