On page 1896, in Table 2, the recommendation for “Active gastroduodenal ulcer NSAID discontinued” should have read, “Treatment with an H2-receptor antagonist (e.g., 800 mg of cimetidine, 300 mg of ranitidine or nizatidine, or 40 mg of famotidine daily before bedtime),” not “150 mg of ranitidine or nizatidine,” as printed.
