On page 553, in the right-hand column, the first sentence of the third full paragraph should have read, “A meta-analysis of nine methodologically sound clinical trials demonstrated that systemic glucocorticoids, especially in larger doses (e.g., ≥0.3 mg of dexamethasone per kilogram),” not “≥3 mg of dexamethasone,” as printed.
