On page 1641, the sentence that begins on line 9 of the Results paragraph of the Abstract should have read, “Among patients with histories of treatment for one month or more,” not “histories of treatment for one month or less,” as printed. Also, the next sentence should have read, “The overall prevalences were 12.6 percent for resistance to any of the four drugs,” not “The overall prevalences were 12.6 percent for single-drug resistance,” as printed.
