On page 1655, in lines 3 and 24 of the left-hand column, “acute myeloblastic leukemia, stage M1” should have read “acute myeloblastic leukemia, subtype M1.” In the right-hand column, in line 3, “hepatitis C surface antibody” should have read “hepatitis B surface antibody,” and in line 10, “coagulase-negative Staphylococcus aureus” should have read “coagulase-negative staphylococcus.” We regret the errors.
