The sentence that begins in the last line of page 121 and continues on page 122 should have read, “The patient received 4 1/2 cycles of doxorubicin, bleomycin, vinblastine, and dacarbazine,” not “doxorubicin, bleomycin, vincristine, and dacarbazine,” as printed.
