On page 271, the sentence that begins in line 14 of the right-hand column should have read, “The curves for absolute neutrophil and platelet counts in our study were identical to those in the study by Brugger et al., and there were no differences in neutrophil or platelet recovery at the various dose levels in our dose-escalation study,” not “there were no differences in the various dose levels between their study and ours,” as printed. We regret the error.
