Article

Figure 1 A 40-year-old woman presented with pulsatile tinnitus in her right ear. In this photograph, a red glomus tumor (T), or paraganglioma, is apparent in the right tympanic membrane. The malleus (M) and annulus tympanicus (A) are labeled. The tumor was removed through the external auditory canal, and the patient has been free of symptoms and of the tumor for more than five years.
