On page 1301 the legend to Figure 2 should have read, “CT Scan of the Brain, Revealing Right Parafalcine Meningeal Calcification within the Dura over the Parietal Cortex,” not “Calcification in the Right Occipital Cortex,” as printed. Also, the sentence that begins seven lines from the bottom of the right-hand column should have read, “The CT scan of the brain (Figure 2) reveals calcification in the dura over the parietal cortex,” not “two foci of calcification in the right occipital cortex,” as printed.
