Acyclovir: A Decade Later (Review Article, N Engl J Med 1992:327;782 - 789) . On page 783, in Table 1, the entry in the column headed “Route and Dosage” for a normal host with varicella infection should have read, “800 mg/kg orally 4 times/day for 5 days (maximal dose, 3200 mg/day).”
